Pisa: one of the 4 marble lions at the ends of the Solferino bridge, near the Spina church. The statues created by Giovanni Topi in 1875; they depict 4 lions each holding a shield with traditional Pisan effigies holding a shield with traditional plain insignia: the cross, the Madonna with child, the weeds and the imperial eagle.
