The zoological station Anthon Dohrn , situated in the Villa Comunale of Neaples, is a part of Italy’s scientific story. It has been set up in the second half of 19th century by a german scientist follower of Darwin (Anthon Dohrn) and nowadays is one of the best marine biology center of the word., with research laboratories, a rich collection of marine organism and a specialized library with ancient and very modern texts. This story is a journey inside this institute starting from museum and library, going through the really modern reseach technologies, till showing some plans in progress like the Turtle Point a real hospital specializing in care for sea turtles (Caretta caretta).
